Q. Can I get hold of Jura Limestone samples?

A. Of course - samples are free of charge and can be obtained via the website or by calling the sales team.

 

Q. Do you stock everything listed on this website?

A. We are the largest stockist of Jura limestone in the UK.  We carry high levels of stock of all our products at all times.  

 

Q. Can I get Jura limestone in different thicknesses?

A. We stock tiles in 10 & 15mm.  We can get tiles made in 20mm and paving slabs in 30mm thicknesses to order.  Delivery time is approx. 4 weeks from order.

 

Q. Do you deliver throughout the UK?

A. We offer a next/nominated day delivery service to most parts of the UK.  There are however some remote areas that will take up to 3 days to deliver to.

 

Q. Do your prices include VAT?

A. All prices quoted on the website are exclusive of vat.

 

Q. Do you have a showroom where we can view the tiles?

A. Yes - our showroom is based at our warehouse.  Showroom visits are by appointment - please call 0161 277 6850 for our warehouse address.

 

Q. Can i collect my Jura Limestone tiles from your warehouses?

A. Yes - but our warehouse staff will not load your vehicle unless they think it is capable of carrying the weight.  Please check in advance. 

 

Q. What methods of payment do you take?

A. We accept all debit & major credit cards (3% surcharge), bank transfers and payments via our secure online payment portal. 

 

Q. Do you store my credit card details?

A. No, we do not keep any written or electronic credit card details.

 

Q. Can I have my tiles delivered to an different address to my card address?

A. Yes - but you need to make payment via our secure "click to pay" system.  Please speak to a member of the sals team for more info.

 

Q. What is your procedure and general policy if my tiles arrive damaged?

A. Please check that your order arrives in good condition.  If you suspect any damage simply make a note of it on the delivery note and notify us immediately.     We will make the necessary arrangements to dispatch replacements immediatly.
